Ever wonder how the sermons get posted on the website each week? Help provide resources that allow others to receive strength through the preaching of God’s Word. No experience necessary. We will teach you how to record, edit, and post sermons.
CHAIRS
Chairs Ministry sets up seating for Sunday Service, Large Groups, and special events when needed. We serve by praying as we set up. We pray specifically for the people who will fill up the chairs. Our vision is to train up Kingdom workers who express love for God by serving and give their best no matter what.
DIGITAL MEDIA
We are a team of designers who serve through graphic design, digital design, and photography. We also manage CFC's web, app, and social media accounts. Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator and/or InDesign is a plus but not required—all are welcome to join!
HOSPITALITY
Do you want to help make CFC feel like a home away from home for guests? Hospitality Ministry serves by showing hospitality in the form of gift baskets, baked goods and other means to facilitate a loving and welcoming environment for guests (i.e., missionaries, guest speakers, etc.), other campus ministries, and partners with Covenant Fellowship Church.
HYMN
Have you ever studied the words of the hymns that we sing on Sundays? The lyrics are either driven from the Word of God or reflect testimonies of godly men and women. That is what makes it so powerful and rings deep within our hearts. If you are classically trained in piano or able to play hymn scores, join us to be an instrument of worship together!
PASTOR'S LUNCH
If you enjoy cooking and using food to connect with others, our ministry may be for you! We prepare and provide lunches for our pastoral staff on Sundays in between the first and second service. Lunch is served every Sunday by 11am so our ministry attends the 12:30pm service. Some cooking experience is preferred but since lunches are prepared in teams, you’ll have the opportunity to fine-tune your skills & learn from others!
WELCOMING
Do you like to smile and have a great handshake? Do you enjoy meeting new people? Come join us welcome others into the house of God. We also help newcomers and visitors feel comfortable at CFC. Short conversations as we greet people is all they might need to feel at home!
SPECIAL PRAISE
Learn what it means to have a heart of worship and use your talents and passion to bless the church. We use our voices to worship God every Lord’s Day service. We also learn the importance of corporate prayer. Special Praise Ministry exists to build up faithful, committed worshipers of God — not just in song, but in all aspects of our lives so that the world may see and know the love of Christ!
